How to play Schalke?

Back to playing fm after a long,long time (haven't played since fm 12). I have decided to have a go at a schalke save. What type of tactics would suit them?
Any other suggestions regarding transfers and other stuff?

Also-are training schedules no more required?

Try with 4-2-3-1 Tiki Taka; the best 4-2-3-1- you'll ever use. You will find tactic on forum. For me was excellent.

I used a 3421 no striker..
Fahrmann, Howedes Papadoupolous and Matip (Kolasinac and Santana subs), uchida jones neudstader and fuchs, draxler and kpb (both mc's) and farfan amc.
Won bundes and german cup. Lost champions league semi final against Madrid (agreggated 1-0)
