How to post Screenshots?

I may sound stupid, but it says to get a screenshot press F12 in game. I've done that, and I want to transfer the screenshots straight from my computer onto FM Base. I try to find my screenshots, but they aren't there? Any ideas whats wrong?

I usually press alt + f9
The screenshots should be located in documents>sports interactive>football manager>screenshots

Green Screen!

I've seen others have this problem before, but have never had any problems myself. Does anyone know of a solution or know of the cause?
