how to put screenshot on fm base

i have created a great tactic to put on fm base and share with you all but i dont know how to put my screenshots on the thread for upload a tactic. i click insert image and i dont see from my computer but if i do from here i do why is this

Erm, use grammar please mate.

To do a screenshot in game, press ALT+F9.
The screenshot will save in My Documents\Sports Interactive\FM12\screenshots or something similar, unless you've changed it.

Then on the forum, click the paperclip icon, browse to the folder where your screenshot is, and it should attach it.
