how to remove leagues

want the game running as smooth as possible, but on classic mode i only see the option to remove nations and not leagues. This means i have 6 active leagues in england when i only want 2. Anyone know where i can remove leagues? I've clicked on add/remove leagues in the menu but it then just shows nations

You can only remove complete nations in classic mode.

I hate this to, i mean i started with forrest, so i only wanted prem and championship loaded, but i HAVE to have another 5, pointless to my save, leagues taking up load time..... I wanted to have a couple more countries loaded for regen purposes but it would have been too slow.
