How to renew Lionel Messi's contract???

I can't renew his contract because he is asking for £325,000 p/w. Even though i adjusted the budget i still failed.
Any advice?

offer higher match-related clause (like team of the week, goal bonus, season landmark goals) with ur wages maxing to the limit.

I already adjusted all the term to highest but he still reject...
I wouldn't want to see him go other club on free transfer when his contract end

- Have a private chat with him, tell him you ll kill him if he doesn't sign.
- Call some terrorist to kidnap his brother or other relative.
- Tell him that if he sign all other players that you sign will be shorter than him so he ll be the tallest of the team (the only achievement that he can't do by himself...)
- Lock all the doors of Nou camp stadium next time he is in so he can never leave the place.

There is always a solution...
