You mean save as in the saving a video?

On the match highlights screen, press 'Save Match'

Choose where you want to save it
To watch the game back, I believe you have to press 'Watch Match' on the FM main menu, or something along those lines.
Or alternatively, you can press 'Upload Highlights' on the match highlights screen to upload it to YouTube.
