How to search for Player/Staff?

Anybody know how i can quickly search for player/staff players?

For example Player/Under 19's coach,or Player/Head of Youth Development.

Just because its a great way of getting good players on cheap wages,Thanks in advance

In your game profile there is the option to search for players and staff, replying to your answer, although i think it's not what you asked...
