How to set asking price?

I want to do this for a young player simply to stop teams bidding for him

This used to be

set transfer status
set asking price

however, since the patch, even though i keep getting advised "to deter bids for this player raise his asking price" I cannot find how to do this??

I've played FM for since CM2 and this is the first time I've found the inability to do this - only since the most recent patch have i noticed this change

if I am ACTUALLY selling the player, rather than changing an asking price to deter bids, I can set a price no problem.

If the player is still on a youth contract I think you aren't able to set an asking price, but I'm not sure.
