How to set Asst Manager to do the opposition instructions.

I remember I could set my asst manager to do the opposition instructions before the match in FM2011 (such as who to mark and how to mark them) I cannot seem to find the way to do it on FM2012 though, can anyone state the obvious to me so I can do this.

at the top click on your team drop down menu, and then find team policy, and then it is in there.
