How to set my tactics to close only in my half

I want to have a team that sits back in my own half whilst the opposition has the ball, then pressures the opponents relentlessnessly when the ball is in my half.

Any ideas on how to do this? I can't put a stand-off tactic as they won't close enough but closing down will have my own players drawn into the opposition half leaving me open to quick/long-ball counters

man marking and pressing team instructions!

individually set players closing down to own half (just under whole pitch)

tight marking (make sure its ticked on each player, I would leave this off for my CB's.. its my little trick)
