How to sign Jack Wilshere as Man U?

It's preeety hard to sign Jack Wilshere as Man UTD. I know that because I tried it myself, but it didn't worked. I just signed Fabregas, as I play Barcelona. I splashed out the transfer budget in my second season because I really wanted him to be Xavi's succesor I paid 60M up front and another 60M/48 months + Marc Muniesa. His wages are very acceptable ( 155k/wk). If you want to sign a player that plays for his favourite team and your team is not among his other favourite clubs, then it's little chance you succed, unless he gest upset.

I play as Spurs and am in the 2016/17 season.

Last season he joined the list of players on my shortlist that the assistant manager reckoned I had a good chance of signing. I didn't bother though as he never really blossomed - I bought Jonjo Shelvey from Liverpool instead...
