How to simply upload the formation so that it works guys please?

Evening guys, I had zeman and conte formation on my fm 15 but somehow I totally forgot how to upload them properly so they work on fm 16

Can anyone help me please or maybe give me a link on how to do it simple.

You can't use fm15 tactics on fm16
