How to solve a problem like De Rossi

D. De Rossi has been doing well for my Southampton team but his disciplinary record is shocking. Its quite impressive. Last season he got 5 reds and 31 yellows in 45 appearances! And when I fined him one weeks wages after his fourth red he caused a massive fuss! Is there anything I can do to calm down a tad?

Set his tackling to easy.

But he has high aggression so he's more prone to getting booked, just like real life.

Secondly,that's insane.He must of set some new record with 31 yellows.

Try training him not to dive into tackles?
