How to start tutoring a player ?

I really have no freaking idea of how to do it. Can someone tell me how to do it ? Everything from the first step pls. If i wanted to tutor Diarra by Makelele, how do i go abt doing it ?

Been a while since I last played so I Googled it, took 10 seconds to find the answer. If you choose a youth player and select Player Interaction you'll see a list of linked players they can learn from, if any. Not all young players can be tutored.

Remember, 99% of the time Google will find exactly what you're looking for.

yeah tis basically what Craven said, just go on player interaction and say diarra could learn from makalele or somethin like that. Often works well if it says 'similar type of player to..' etc

It said Freddy Guarin was a similar player to Alou Diarra but it didn't work
