How to stop lower clubs poaching my staff?

I find it annoying when managing a major club how easily my staff are poached by lesser teams.
Even when under lucrative contracts they seem to leave when offers come along , is this a bug ?
You cant seemto have binding contracts on coaches/physios the same way as players have them .

in my current 2024/25 Genoa save Pescara (mid table in serie B for last 3 seasons) have tempted my 4 star Gk coach to leave i dont think its very realistic.

he might be getting offered a big job typed like 1st team coach or assistant manager.

All you have to do is offer a new contract. 99% of the time they accept your offer even if it's similar to their previous contract.
