How to stop Work Permit's?

Hey guys i had to make my own thread because ive asked this on a few threads and no answer's....

I am Leeds and ive just been promoted to Championship... I have been trying to sign Darley ( Gk) and Emmanuel ( Striker) They say they cannot come because of work permits! WHYY!

if they are from outside the EU and arent playing international football you probably wont get them, and the transfer will be cancelled

also some big teams have feeder clubs in belgium or somewhere to get them belgian nationality to negate the work permits

Well no, because their English, but if you loaned them to a club in Belgium,where they would get a work permit, after X amount of years they will be eligiblle for you.

The only way I could of think to get around this "illegally" is to either smuggle them into the UK in or use an editor or some sort of programme

ask for a feeder club then look where the club is from i am leeds and i got a club from Belgium
