How to strengthen Motherwell for 2nd season

Hi, any tips or suggestions on his to strengthen any position other than 'keeper would be great please. I'd say a good striker to play alongside an advanced forward/poacher is top priority though.

I have £2.3mil budget and would like to keep wages at about 3k tops for a really great player.

Picked up Shinnie (the left back) and a few free foreigners. Hoping a young Croat striker called something close to Landric accepts the contract I just offered him.

I'm a bit concerned as I finished 4th last year do no euro games to make up for money I'm blowing.
