How to switch leagues?

hey guys again, i was wondering if it was possible to do so:

i would like to go on to editor and switch Arsenal from the premiership with a lower team, in doing so have that lower team play in arsenals place in bpl while arsenal play in the lower teams place.

how do i go about on editor doing this..?

go to Arsenal & place them in the Blue Square South & move a BSS team up to the premier League
