How to train an amateur club from the lower French division?

f.e. is it possible to train french club´s from the french CAF, I wanted to train Racing Metro 92 from Paris, is it possible? and if so, if you win the amateur division will you be able to win promotion to the top?


p.s. I know it´s far fetched but hey...
