I haven't played football manager since FM 09. Back then the training was completely different and I could choose exactly what to train every play (decide what attribute is important build training focused on that and then just put the player in that tactic.)
So I have no idea what to do in FM 14. The training is different and i can't customize the way I did before (I can only pick to focus on one attribute and not decide my own level of frequency for all attributes at the same time)
I saw that there is an option to train for roles but does that just better prepares them for the role without improvement in attributes? And if every role has an assigned group of attributes that it focuses on how can i know them (also how can i create for example a striker that is mostly focused on improving physical attributes? there isn't really a designated role for customization like that)
Also why do I have to go to the attribute page at for every player to see the arrows of improvement. It used to be that the improvement was on the first screen (That extra press is annoying)? Any fix for that?
And what do the arrows even mean now? In the past a green arrow ment the attribute improved but know red or green could mean no change in the number of the attribute.
Any help that you could share on the subject would be great.
