How to transform a lower league team/midtable team...

What kind of players/staff you are using when you take over a midtable/lower league club? Are you actually selling all the existent players and replacing them with wonderkids? Or you just sell those players and buy expensive and quality players?

Currently managing Charlton as part of the Charlton Challenge me and 3 other guys are doing...
The challenge is first to champions league wins...

Its quite difficult... they give you hardly any money and the players adequate at best...

I recommend finding players yourself and coming on here and buying recommended players theres no purpose to that...

I try to keep as many guys from the original team as possible but obviously as you progress you have to upgrade...
