How to upload a game file with 93mb

I recently post the following thread

I have some request to upload my game file, however I wont able to do it, can anyone help me?

I am not sure if the file are too big to upload or not

Why is it so large? Have you tried zipping/raring it to compress the file size?

yeah you've got to compress it with winrar and then upload it to a filehost i.e. rapidshare, megaupload etc

Well like I said, I can upload files up to 100mb and a few up to 200mb on my Rapidshare account.
