how to upload save data

i was wondering becuase my friend ian hall wants to upload his great save game so i can play it but i was wondering how would he upload it to here so i can download step bye step would be good thx

and the answer is? is just the xxxx.fm file enough in your My Documents folder?

Yes.

It's that file. But to upload it to the site you must first convert it to either a .rar file or a .zip file using either winrar or 7zip which are both free programs. The site doesn't accept uploads of .fm files.
