How to use Gil Romero and Kranvitter for best results ?

Can anyone explain how he can get the best from Gil Romero, with which role, which tactc and show screen of results ?
Same for Kranevitter
Im not happy with notes of those guys, they are just good, 7.00-7.20, while they should be awesome.

Well i have used Gil as Advanced playmaker sold him to arsenal after 2 seasons for 65M€

I've never found a role they're bad at. I currently use Romero as a halfback and Gil Romero as a DLP.

Though, if you're averaging 7-7.2 that's pretty good.

Im not happy when best players and highest wages of my team are just averaging 7.00. Its a waste of money and talent.
Anyway i found the soluce for Gil Romero: i sold him for 60 millions €, replaced him with a free player who also have 7.00 rating
