how to use the framework(help!)

i have the problem of not being able to use the Tactical Theorems and Frameworks09. i have downloaded it and extracted it using win rar but all im left with is 2 folders called buisness and interface and i dont know what to do next , so can someone help me please

I have no idea where you are getting the business and interface folder from. Once you extract TTF_Documents_Tactics.rar you should end up with 4 folders:

Classic Tactics
Documents
Experimental Formations
Modern Formations
