How to win back possession? It's driving me nuts

How to win back possession the way Barca and Spain do so? Whenever the opposition is in control of the ball my players just stand there wanking off and don't do sh*t to win it back. I have a fairly aggressive team with tackling set to Aggressive and closing down to press more. Thanks in advance.

Set players to man mark, as that way they'll be closer to players and makes it easier to close them down
