That would be the formation and signings i would make.

buy good RB and LB like alex sandro, david alaba, vrsaljko or romario
you need a good "10" like pastore or Hazard

Vrsaljko at RB is the way to go, signed him for 1m. City tried to get him off me 3 seasons later and bid 32m for him, i rejected it. He becomes the best RB in the game. Also try and sign Hazard and play him behind Torres
