how u change players to different positions?

It's simple. Click on the player's profile and bring up training on his tab.

It should list what schedules he is on, his training workload and all that stuff.

Near the top there should be a drop down tab to select a new position for him to train in.

I know this isn't probably the best way to describe it but if I had access to my home pc I'd have posted some screenshots. oO)

I never done it but I'm sure somewhere on the forums there is a thread for network games?

Possibly heading over to them might help you figure it out, i'm guessing you'd need to set up things for it....i'm not completely sure? oO)

Good defenders? Depends what price range I guess? and Team of course, I've only really played in the Scottish Leagues and have recently ventured into the Bundesliga in Germany.
