How Would You Nurture This Regen "WonderKid"

ive signed this regen and i was just wondering how i would go about making sure i get the best out of his ability.
Here's what i'd like to know,

1. How would you go about doing his Pesonal Training?
2. What PPM's Would you teach?
3. Specific Position (Target man ETC.) ?
4. Loan or Back up for First team? ( i only have 3 strikers including him and currently cavani is injured but if need be will sell some players in order to get a back up )

I'd use him in the same role as Cavani, as he looks a pretty similar player and he needs some work on his strength and then work on his pace once his strength has hit 16. He should get lots of first team games as he is good enough.
 
just wondering what too do about his PPM's as he currently has Runs with ball through centre, cuts inside, places shots and dives into tackles.

will increase his physical stats take away from what he's predicted to become? because i think id rather have him with lesser physical stats in this case
 
I made a mistake in judgement as that heading attribute really influenced my decision, he will make a really good inside forward and get rid of that dives into tackles PPM.
 
Use Cavani to tuter him if they have simalar personalities. If not, buy a striker, inside forward with good mental stats and simalar personalities. You can never underestinate the effect of tutoring
 
Simple at 18 you need to play him in first team. Loaning would mean a good club with guaranteed playing time. Make room for him and use as rotation first and the see how he goes.

I just done it with a striker and his value went up 4 times and stats went thought the roof. However he still needs the tutoring and then a lot of first team.

Always make room for the best ones and ones your unsure loan out.
 
i cant seem to get cavani to tutor him as it doesnt come up as an option, this could be due to him being set as a back up to the team, hes a regen :/ and i do a little bit of "cheating" by using genie scout to help me find players under 19 with decent ratings
 
You should train his composure up and he looks to me like an ideal Complete Forward, personally with young player like him, use him as a sub in every match so that he plays regularly and tell him to play without pressure and just watch him develop into even more of a tank, its exactly what i did with this gem:

his physical stats are immense! thats what mine's lacking, think im gonna improve his strength and pace til they're about 15 then go for composure hope i dont mess this beauty up
 
I would say complete forward too. get wingers to drill crosses too
 
1. Get rid of Dives into tackles.
2. Improve Strength and teach PPM "Plays with Back to Goal"
3. Either improve Composure or remove "Places Shots", this PPM needs high composure to work correctly.
