How would you take on Bolton?

This is just a rough scetch/idea that needs alot of improvement, as I´m quite new to FM

This is the squad you start with in 11.3

Im going with a 4-1-2-2-1 formation

I like to sign young promising players and sell "deadwood" at the start of the first season.
You dont have more than 2-3M in transfer funds so someone should be sold imo.

I think the central midfield area is the worst part of the bolton squad and need the most change.
In defence you have Gary Cahill who have the potential but not so sure about the rest.

The attacking midfielders should cut it with chung yung lee and martin petrov.

Strikers, you have Sturridge who got great pace and potential and good backup aswell. Elmander should be the first striker but I´m tempted to give that spot to Sturridge.

gary cahill 12 m arsenal-only sold him so i could use the money to improve other areas of the pitch
petrov-loan to Marsielle-did not do enough for me so decided to send him on loan at the hope of him coming back a better player who is more determined
robinson- 1m to hull- never really rated him
taylor-2m to Stoke-not enough to get a decent goal every once in a while

reo-coker- free- quality defensive midfielder
McFadden-free- offered a 1 year deal who is standing in for petrov this season
whittingham-4m-cardiff-quality winger who was too good for the champonship
mceachran-loan-classy playmaker who is still learning his trade.
tomkins-4m-west ham-quality centre back, replacement for cahill with a great future
verkhovstov-600K-nastav- no-nonsene centre back to compete with wheater,knight and tomkins for a starting place.
kadlec-1m-sparta prague-is the younger and cheaper version of elmander
crainey-1.6m-blackpool- replacement for robinson, after impressing me last season

Ok... So I´m a little into the first season and my lineup looks like this:

I would use S.Holden in the midfield but he got injured for 2 months...

I use 41221 from Sahar with a little tweaking and so far I´m overachieving I think, anyways theese are my results:

West ham 1 Bolton 2
Blackburn 0 Bolton 4
Fulham 2 Bolton 3
Bolton 3 Plymouth 1 (F.A cup)
Man Utd 1 Bolton 1 (I actually deserved to win that game, I let in an own goal in the 84th min and sturridge burned 3 1on1 with vandersar)
Bolton 3 Stoke 0

Sturridge have scored 10 goals in 6 games, 9 in 5 league games and is on fire!

So far I have scored most goals in the league and are currently 1 place on goal difference !

Will uptdate when I´m in mid season as currently only played 5 league and one cup game
