1.Unzip the downloaded file.
2. Open the folder "Huge Database" of it, copy two files ("database size filter dialog.xml" and "new game settings.xml") in the following folder to: My Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2014/panels
3. If you do not have a folder panels do it yourself
4. Get in the game, go to Preferences and in the submenu Interface
In the Appearance section click Clear Cache and mark Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences
Click Confirm in the lower right corner.
