Diego from Werder Bremen. Bought him for around 20m in 2010 and hes been the top assists in the Premiership 3 years in a row, last year he got 31 assists 13goals. He also won World Player of the Year 2011 :D

dzagoev is a player with a lot of class definitely a good buy but usually costs a lot of money
other good cm is steven defour playing for standard
per ciljan skelbred - good norweigen player
steven davis - the one who plays for rangers
morgan schneiderlin - is a very creative player similar in the fabregas mould

good centre backs

benedikt howedes - schalke player
felipe - brazilian defender played for palermo last time i looked
allia yussuf(spelling might be wrong) - played for dynamo kiev and he might play for the senegal team
pape diakhate - strong player also plays for dynamo kiev
oguchi onyewu is not a bad player, strong player suited for the premier league

nearly all of them have new clubs on my game and i already had dzagoev and made a load a money wid him. defour is nowhere near as good as ramires nd the others arent good enough

have you tried to buy sergio ramos and gerard pique they are world class

why dont you find and an established centre back in the game and create a search filter from him, that might help you find the type of player you want
