Hull City Tactics

Okay so i've been managing England and currently doing very well

however now im managing Hull City with No Transfer Funds
Anyways heres my current tactics and i was wondering if anyone could recommend a good tactic and team to use. I'm currently using Raikan007's Perfect 4-4-2 Tactic.

I would recommend JP Woody's High Scoring Tactic , in my Hull save I was 12th in January so I switched to JP's and ended up 3rd.
