I don't know how much if any of you knew much about him, but i've seen videos and stuff of him from the 50s and 60s and he was awesome, and his record speaks for itself. I think if you read the 'how good was Puskas link' from this page it will tell ya how good and revered he was in football.

Didn't really know much about him apart from that he owned for Hungary and R.Madrid.

RIP

He was a classy player in his time like Pelé, may his soul rest in peace. We miss you Öcsi bácsi. :(

A shame to loose one of the games greatest ever. I tru legend of the game from a time when football was becoming big on a whole european competition stage.

R.I.P.

a shame R.I.P but it happened 2 years ago.oO)

I saw the guy's scoring record... and it is INSANE.

RIP.

I'm all for paying respect but it happened 2 years ago.:p

looks like some guy was looking through old threads and posted and others have assumed it's recent. look at the date of the first post. 2006. 3 years actually.:$
