Hungry for a trophy..

Hi guys,
Can anybody think an team in the top European leagues like Italy, England, Spain, Germany or Turkey that hasnt won the league trophy for over 10 years and is really eager to win it this season with their squad and finances?

England: Man city, Liverpool, Blackburn, Everton haven't won it in over 10 years though the only ones with finances and have a chance of winning it would be Man city & Liverpool.
