I am really struggling with this game..

The other FMs prior to this one i could get used to but this one i'm struggling big time with.

I have started so many saves and i just can't seem to win or carry form.

In my Everton save i'm 13 games into the season and i've not win a match.

Newcastle save i started off the season well, but i started to drop form and that big fat ***** Ashley sacked me.

I've also been sacked with Rangers as well

I really don't know what else i can do, i can't seem to find the best tactic for any of those teams. What am i doing wrong?

To get the most helpful responses could you give us an idea of the type of tactic your using with these teams and instructions etc..

That question really could be anything...

Are you putting your players on individual training to suit your tactic? I find this is very helpful for me.

What tactic are you using? As Newcastle you were probably favourites for most games so you should be playing like favourites, with Everton you had to pick and choose games to win because like real life you can't just go and try and dominate every single week.

How have your team talks gone? If you're not motivating your players it's hard to get decent results.
