I can't accept offer from nation team :-(

Please somebody help me if you can. I play with Red Star Belgrade my first season and offer from nation Libya was sent to me. I clicked ACCEPT OFFER and it says that i accepted it, but i am not appointed as a manager. Every week I recive the same offer and it all happens same again.
Does anyone know the wayout of this problem,please?

Right click the nation, should say apply for job, if not you cant manage them

I tried it,but it doesn't working. They send me an offer every week and i always accept it and then nothing. I don't know what else to do.

Have you downloaded the patch, there was a bug in the default database that meant you couldn't do this.

This happened to me in the default patch so you'll have to download the first patch
