I can't get foreing regen even if i have linked several affiliated clubs

sporting lisbon,kiev and like these two or more clubs is affiliated for me. i have linked them for 2 years. but i can't get any foreing regen until now. pls help me.

what do you mean sorry? do you mean your regens are all the same nationality as your league? If so then look at your head of youth, I have a german one (bernard peters or however you spell it, hoffenheim guy) or look at favini for atalanta they are great head of youths, you could then get some germans or some italians (only a couple) but ye I've never had like players from the nationalities as my affiliates, only with united & fluminese I got a couple brazilians

also my head of youth development is from portugal. i think i took him from porto or lisbon or benfica. i dont remember
