I can't 'Make an offer' for a player

i am in my 3rd season with leeds and i want to buy borriello from ac milan, except the button to do it does not come up =s he is currently on loan but that doesnt usually effect making an offer does it? i need helpp asap please =]

In some cases it does , you need to wait until the loan spell is over

Is he co-owned? because i don't think you can make an offer if he is co owned by two clubs

He wont be , and if there co-owned you make an offer to both the clubs who own him

The problem is that he is on loan, if the club loaning him set a 'future fee' then any other club is unable to make a bid until his loan spell is over/ he's been bought by the loaning club.
