I can't take screenshots

I am using the ALT+F9 Method but pictures are not going into the screenshots file within the sports interactive - football manager 2011 folder. I am using windows 7... please help.

which folder are you going into eg

Program files-->Sports int.

or

My Doc--> Sports int ?

imusing my docs but wen i do alt + f9 or printscreen it takes a screenshot of whatever is behind if u know what i mean say facebook or something
