I can't trade player because of their ambition!!

hey mates!
i'm playing with arsenal and tried to trade djourou with porto and OM,chamack with RM and OM and Gibbs with Everton and NONE OF THEM ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF CONTRACT that the trading team offered to them.This is really ******* me off!
Is there anything i can do to make them accept these offers and lower their ambition a bit? they're all in 'not needed by the club' and 'transfer listed'.

I had the same thing with United and Birame Diouf he did not accept the contract but i tried it 3 or 4 times and then he accepted it. I traded him for Andrew Ayew and payed nothing extra so it was a pretty good deal for me. I would suggest keep trying and throw them in the reserve team.
