I can't win with Ajax in FM 16

Hi guys,

I'm new here on this forum and just wanted to share that I am having trouble winning games with Ajax in the Dutch league. In Europe it's even worse losing with big numbers.

In FM 15 things looked easier... Don't get me wrong I like a challenge but Ajax isn't Ajax and especially in the domestic league, where you expect them to be a title contender.

I am unsure what tactic to apply.

Anyone else had this? I'm not enjoying FM 16 thus far ; (

RPM (S)

IF L (A)
APM R (S) (Attacking Mid)

F9 (S)


Fluid, Counter

Play out of defence, close down more, Roam more
