You mean as in record to a video file? Well FM, as far as I know, does not have that option. Though you CAN use outside programs such as FRAPS to record your goals, then you could use Windows Movie Maker to create a montage of them all. If you just want the one goal though, I suggest recording with FRAPS then using Danuisoft Video Converter to convert the file into a smaller but much easier to use file type.
