I don't have/can't find the editor

I was wanting to go on the editor to check ca/pa and mess about with it, but I can't seem to find it.
I know you go on Program Files/Steam/Steam Apps/Common/Football Manager 2012/Tools/Editor
But I can only go on Program Files/Steam/Steam Apps/Common/Football Manager 2012 and I can't find the tools or the editor thing?
Could someone please help

You need to download it on steam. At your library at the top, it says all games, click that, go down to tools, then search for FM2012 Editor, and download it.
