I don't have youth rating column in editor ?

I want to change national youth rating of Bulgaria and make it to create better regens, but in my editor i don't find youth rating column (between federation patience and attribute templates) What should i do ?

Thats only database update i mean you have FM 12.2.2 patch ?

You need at least patch FM 12.2.1 cause in this patch they fixed :

- Can now edit the nation youth rating field.
