Game no.2 in La Liga
We lost 2-1 to Celta de Vigo. This was a close game. Marcelo Diaz gets the opening goal. Then Roman Zozulya scores an equalizer. The game was tight until our former player Antonio Sanabria scored a goal for Celta de Vigo. We have to be better in the next game.

Josep Maria Esteban has got an injury. He will be out for 6-7 weeks. Diego Cuadrado has got an injury and he will be out for 3-5 days. Hopefully they both recover well.

Game no. 3 in La Liga
We lost 2-0 to Barcelona. This was a bad loss. We created some chances but it was not enough to win us the game. Barcelona were a class above us and were very clinical. Lionel Messi and Neymar scored the goals to help them win against us. We have to improve in our upcoming games. Or else we will be in a messed up position.

Game no. 4 in La Liga
We lost 3-1 to Sporting Gijon. Another loss. We are to blame. Dani Ceballos scored the opener early in the game. But then Birkir Bjarnason, Sergi Enrich and Isma Lopez scored for Sporting Gijon to get the win for them. And they played very well. On to the next game. Let us hope for a better performance.

Game no. 5 in La Liga
We lost 2-0 to Las Palmas. No words to say. We look like a bad team. We desperately need players to step up. Otherwise we are going down. I have been genuinely considering my resignation. But I am sticking for now. If the board want to have a chat with me they can, I am on the verge of resigning. This season has been challenging and I will get on with it. Oh and btw Edgar and Tana scored the 2 goals to help Las Palmas win.

Game no. 6 in La Liga
We beat Osasuna 2-1. A very well deserved win. We played very well, the defending was fantastic. As soon as Unai Garcia got sent off for Osasuna, Roman Zozulya scored a goal to put us ahead. Then Juan Villar scored. At 2-0, a penalty was given in the box and Max Kruse scored a penalty for them. We held on right till the end and battled for these points. Hopefully we carry on this confidence in our upcoming games.

We lost 1-0 to Real Sociedad. It was an extremely tight game. Anwar El Ghazi scored the goal to help Real Sociedad win through the help of a defensive mistake. Our performance was good even if the result was not there. We move on to the next game.

Game no. 8 in La Liga
We won 1-0 against Almeria. This was a good win. Dan Ojog scored a goal to help us win the game. We were compact and resolute in defense. The midfield was solid. Everything worked out well. We move on to the next game. And hopefully this win can help our team gain some confidence.

Game no. 9 in La Liga
We lost 3-1 to Athletic Bilbao. It was a bad loss and it brought us back down to earth. A truly humbling moment. Shane Long scored the opener and also his first league goal for the club and then Markel Susaeta scored a hat-trick to help Athletic Bilbao win the game. Our defense fell apart in this game after the initial resolute behaviour by the defense. After the Shane Long goal we did not create enough in attack. We move on to the next game, and we need to improve in upcoming games.
