I don't understand! (I'm new)

Hi, i recently started playing and Football Manager 2011 is the first ever Football Manager i played and i love it! However there is a thing that confuses me. People talk about the Paraguayan League and the likes of Rodrigo Alborno and Alberto Contrera and I cannot seem to find them! I can't load the Paraguayan League...

Is there some downloadable content or something? And how do I download it?

PS. It's not only the Paraguayan League.

You can load up a number of nations when you start a new game. Make sure you select 'large database size', and also 'load all players from' and select the nations desired

You can't load the Paraguayan league, no, but you can load all players from the country, as fuelledbypassion said.
