One hundred percent success.!

After many months, weeks, days, hours and minutes of the game in the end I found what I was looking for. I made a great tactic in which a balanced attack to defense. Players defend very well and winning the highly deadly possession.

The tactic is for the weak, normal and strong clubs. It really works. I spent a lot of time at the club strategy and the strategy of players in tactics.

The tactic has proven itself in Serie A, Serie B, the league of China, Korea and in the representation of Ukraine. They are a very diverse league. I wanted to know if it fits every club.

This is my second tactic. Prior had some disadvantages but this is polished at 90%. And I can guarantee you wont be dissapointed in August on it for testing.

Latest results and last day in Jiangsu ... Now moving to Europe (for Dynamic Kiev) Ukrainian conquer lige and soon Lige Champions.! =]

I hope that in the next 3-4 regard its career I move to one of the world knot leagues (England, Germany, Italy, Spain)

Needless to say with career began as an unemployed ... and slowly climb the football ladder ...

Welcome. After moving to Europe Dynamo Kiev results are great. A Ukrainian 2019r ball in the stands at a high level. The club hired me after a poor season where he was occupied 6th place and did not play in any European cup.

Tactics is constructed so as to balance the defense with the attack .

There are two classic defenders - the best that were tall and well put heads ( this is important when CORNER KICK )

Defensive Midfield ( defensive lock it ) - is the most important element of the defense - mostly he smashes the opponent's attacks .

Defensive backs - Fullness very important role in this strategy must be good in defense and attack. Highly receive a pass and pass quickly from defense to attack.

Central midfielders - ( retracted and extended playmaker ) you have to be creative . One must have good reception and the other more attack.

Attack wing midfielder - ( descending striker ) The most important item in the attack. They serve , shoot and create the game in attack. We have to be in this position really good players .

Central Striker - (complete striker ) it must be a player who can enter the number to shoot , play head and be strong and fast.

Most people (like myself usually) are too lazy to read a bunch of text when the thread is new.
 
Yes, I set up all of the instructions for individual players. After many tests, this scheme which received the best results.

Dynamo Kyiv season finished in 3rd place. As for me it was not a successful season. Players were often injured and could not squeeze out of the club all the best. Moved up "ONLY" to EURO Cup...

I decided I would stay for 3-4 seasons in IIiczywiec. To achieve something in the Ukrainian league and internationally. I'll try it out with Napoli. I think their squad meets perfectly with the player roles. Also please put some screenshots of the training for the team. How do you train the team in pre-season for this tactic ? How does your training alter throughout the season ? Att movement or team cohesion... stuff like that please
