I have a good team but keep on losing!!

I am playing as wycombe in league 1 my team is as follows
gk-Rui Patricio
rb-gosling
lb-craig woodman
cd-leon johnson
cd=murcia
dm-ignacio camacho
cm-witsel
am-wijnaldum
amr-gueye
aml-yatabere
st-lukaku

even with this team of wonderkids i lose to leeds and southend and other teams that i should beating week in week out.
can anybody recommend a formation or tactic that will solve this problem even if it means drawing to leeds would be gd!

Even though they're wonderkids, they'll still struggle as they are developing players. Perhaps add a few wise old heads into the team to help them along (and tutor them) and rotate so the young starlets don't get burnt out over the course of a season. In the tactics area (at the top of the website) you'll find an array of brilliant tactics to help you on your way, but you'll need more than one -- fm 2010 figures out your tactics and counters them if you don't mix it up.

im thinking theres cheating going on here that team is full of players that shouldnt go to the league 1 by all means tell me if im wrong but have a funny fealing i arent

wycombe don't have a budget season 1, and without prem football you could never get half that team

That issue to one side. One of the problems with kids is poor mental stats, you need to mix in the determined seniors who can withstand pressure to get anywhere unless your team outclasses everyone else to such an extent. Also, a lot of teams will go with a heavy physical approach against that squad.

Nah, adjust your tactics and change things around. Can't keep the same tactics for long, well, with some teams you can't.. And perhaps this sqaud is way too young? If you're losing in League 1 with Lukaku and Witsel, shame on you.

Are you using an editor with that mate? Definatley looks like it as I can't see you getting Gosling or Witsel to go down to the League One level?

Have you played a few seasons or is this the first?
