I Have A Problem, Please Help ASAP

So I just downloaded the latest patch and launched the game fine, when I went to start a new game it went to the bit where you add the countries, I couldn't add England! There was some error image next to the England bit and it said, need at least 21 Northen Ireland teams, only 20 found. Someone please help!

are you sure you haven't used any dodgy editor data?

You probably have a custom database downloaded that is causing the error.
